The users of this web-based software are mostly employees working in a parts department at a dealership or a wholesale buyer. My responsibilities are to conduct user testing, create wireframes and prototypes for UI improvements and new product features.
A few things the user can do with the software:
- Manage inventory
- Create an e-commerce website
- Fulfill orders and ship parts
- Use local delivery services like Uber and Lyft
- Buy parts from other suppliers
